Agreements on cooperation with foreign partners

The agreements concluded by the State Labour Inspection with our foreign counterparts are aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and ensuring an efficient and effective exchange of information on law enforcement in the area of occupational safety and health and labour law. Our Office attaches particular importance to the issue of the posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services, arising from European directives and the regulations implementing their provisions into national legal systems, compliance with the provisions on working conditions and the employment of posted workers, as well as cases of illegal practices aimed at circumventing the provisions of European directives and resulting in the violation of workers' rights.
