New provisions on the posting of workers

Since 18 June 2016, new legal provisions on the posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services have been in force.

As of that date, each employer posting workers to work in the territory of the Republic of Poland is obliged to submit:

If the data included in the statement change, an employer also has a duty to submit:

  • A notification of change of the statement of the employer posting a worker to the territory of the Republic of Poland – no later than within 7 working days after such change takes place.

The statement and notification shall be submitted in the Polish or English language electronically or in paper form.
