Pursuant to Art. 13 (1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (UE) of  27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred as “GDPR”, please be informed that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is the Chief Labour Inspector in Warsaw, with the registered office at: ul. Barska 28/30, 02-315 Warsaw.
  2. The data protection officer in the National Labour Inspectorate, Chief Labour Inspectorate is Mr Robert Ruciński, who may be contacted via e-mail at iod@gip.pip.gov.pl. The data protection officer should only be consulted in matters related to the processing of your data by the Chief Labour Inspectorate. The data protection officer is not competent to receive notifications of various types, provide consultations or consider complaints, which should be addressed to the National Labour Inspectorate using an e-form, via e-mail or in some other appropriate form.
  3. Your personal data may be processed
    1. in order to execute the legal duty imposed on the Administrator pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (c) of GDPR, in particular to carry out the statutory tasks of the National Labour Inspectorate laid down in Art. 10 of the Act of 13 April 2007 on the National Labour Inspectorate;
    2. on the basis of the concluded contracts, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) of GDPR;
    3. on the basis of the consent given, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR.
  4. Recipients of your personal data may include:
    1. other NLI organisational units,
    2. entities authorised on the basis of legal regulations,
    3. entities providing services related to destruction and archiving of documentation.
  5. Your personal data may be transferred to a third country or an international organization on the basis of a legally binding and enforceable instrument between public authorities or bodies.
  6. The data storage period  is specified in the Uniform Subject File Index of the National Labour Inspectorate, which constitutes Annex no. 2 to the Ordinance no. 76/18 of the Chief Labour Inspector of 15 October 2018.
  7. You have the right to access your personal data and the right to demand its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and the right to object to the processing of personal data.
  8. You have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection.
  9. Provision of data is voluntary, however it is essential for the purposes for which data are collected.
  10. Your data will not be processed automatically, nor will they be subject to profiling.
