Deputy Chief Labour Inspector Andrzej Kwaliński
Andrzej Kwaliński has higher education in the field of power and electrical engineering. In 1983 he graduated from the Kielce University of Technology as an Electrician Engineer. He has 42 years of professional experience. Over the past 32 years he been professionally involved with the National Labour Inspectorate. Mr Kwaliński started his work with the NLI on 1st March 1985 and was initially employed in in the Radom Division of the District Labour Inspectorate in Kielce, situated in Radom. From 1st March 1999, due to the modification of the territorial remit of the Division in Radom, related to the administrative reforms in Poland, he was transferred to the District Labour Inspectorate in Warsaw.
In 1985 he completed his labour inspector’s training. In 2006-2008 he acted as the District Labour Inspector in Warsaw. From 2009 to 2017 he was employed as the principal labour inspector. From June 2016, he was the head of the District Labour Inspectorate in Warsaw. On 23 November 2017, Mr Andrzej Kwaliński was appointed by the Speaker of the Sejm, Mr Marek Kuchciński to the position of Deputy Chief Labour Inspector.
