Wrocław, 21 November 2018 - Visit of the Czech labour inspection
The managements of the National Labour Inspectorate in Poland and the State Labour Inspection Office in the Czech Republic met on the 21st November 2018 at the National Labour Inspectorate’s Training Center in Wrocław.
The aim of the debate was to discuss current outcomes of the Polish-Czech cooperation in the field of posting of workers and temporary employment by agencies and inspection of entities posting workers, as well as to establish new forms of cooperation.
The Czech delegation was led by Mr Rudolf Hahn, General Inspector, and the hosts of the meeting were Mr Wiesław Łyszczek, Chief Labour Inspector, and Mr Lesław Grajewski, Director of the National Labour Inspectorate’s Training Center. The meeting was also attended by Mr Bogdan Drzastwa, Deputy Chief Labour Inspector.
Mr Jarosław Leśniewski, Director of the Legality of Employment Department at the Chief Labour Inspectorate presented the results of the Polish-Czech cooperation and the prospects of its future development. Ms Małgorzata Łagocka, District Labour Inspector in Wroclaw discussed the practical aspects of the inspection of entities posting foreigners to work in the territory of the Czech Republic. Ms Michał Kubik, Head of the Legality of Employment Inspection Unit talked about the posting of workers by temporary work agencies, ‘concealed’ employment by temporary work agencies and employment of third country citizens. Mr Rudolf Hahn discussed inspection powers of the State Labour Inspection Office in the Czech Republic.
