The representatives of both institutions discussed their jurisdiction, tasks and the effects of their activities as well as methods of operation, including the rules governing the selection of the companies to be inspected. The CSR Task Force forms a part of the city of Copenhagen administration and its aim is to ensure fair remuneration and work conditions for all the workers involved in projects carried out for the city. Even though the Task Force has existed for only 1.5 years, the Danish party recognises the necessity to improve on the effectiveness of their operations.

One of the greatest challenges is to carry out inspections with regard to the enforcement of payment of remunerations in the amounts due to the Polish citizens working in Denmark on the execution of public contracts ordered and financed by the authorities of Copenhagen. The management of the National Labour Inspectorate expressed their willingness to enter into cooperation with the Task Force within the framework of the regulatory powers of the Inspectorate.

The meeting was attended by: Jarosław Leśniewski, the Director of the Legality of Employment Department at the Chief Labour Inspectorate, Wojciech Gonciarz, the Director of the Legal Department, Iwona Hadacz, the Deputy Director of the Personnel and Training Department, Robert Jaworski, Chief Specialist in the Legality of Employment Department, Bartosz Kopeć, Specialist in the Legal Department and Teresa Jastrzębska, Interpreter from the International Cooperation Unit.
