Marcy l’Etoile, 7-11 September. Labour inspectors’study visit to INTEFP Institute to learn about the French system of labour inspection
On 7-9 September 2015, the French National Institute of Labour, Employment and Professional Training (INTEFP) organised a study visit to Marcy l’Etoile for delegations of inspectors from the Polish, Spanish, German, Irish, Belgian and Romanian labour inspectorates. The host Institute presented the internal organisation and reform of the French system of labour inspection, rights, duties and competence of labour inspectors, as well as a European cooperation project of public administration bodies in the area of posting of workers within the framework of the provision of services in the European Union. The NLI was represented by: Nina Dulna (Chief Labour Inspectorate), Andrzej Prus (District Labour Inspectorate in Katowice), Monika Sierakowska-Czeladziński (DLI in Lublin), Marcin Zadykowicz (DLI in Olsztyn) and Borys Badowski (DLI in Szczecin).
